A&D Properties, LLC was started in 2008 by Adam and Danielle Liscomb. Since purchasing and renovating our first 2 unit building in 2008, we have built an additional 3 duplex buildings for total of 8 three bedroom units throughout Brewer and Orrington ME.

With Adam's extensive knowledge and career as an experienced home builder, and Danielle's experience and career as an Associate Real Estate Broker, we have tailored the design of each of our buildings to follow the current real estate trends and needs of the local housing market. As hands on, experienced owners we personally maintain and manage each building striving to keep our units in desirable high quality condition.
